I am very temped too move this thread right now...
I watched Jason play for an hour or so...while Jason was busing making and betting nothing, a guy walks up with $1k and in 20 minutes turned it into $5k. Was pretty cool to watch.
I really don't like actually playing. I don't mind watching, but if I start playing I won't stop and honestly I'd rather go drop a few grand on a couple pairs of shoes and actually come home with something.
Is anyone selling their guest registration ticket? I can get one and a guest for $150, but have no guest that I know to share with, or sell to. And I really need to keep expenses down, since I am in debt for vet bills with my Service dog. But I so want to go!

Southwest is a great suggestion. I had to go to a convention in Vegas and they had the usual list of discounted hotels for the show. The price southwest had was like paying for a discounted flight(plus no baggage fee) and $35.00 for the room, which included the sales tax. About a $175.00 savings and still had use of a free shuttle to the convention.
Another savings would be if the convention offers shuttle service from a hotel. Save a easy $25.00-$30.00 round trip every day using it. Even a next door hotel would work as you could walk to the shuttle stop. Ok so the hotels take up a city block but still not too far to walk in good weather.

just bought my ticket. It's only 20 bucks right now... that number will be double if they're
selling at the door no doubt.
