I am traveling now in India and to my surprize, I shoot a lot of video. This was not planned so I haven't prepared for this. I normally shoot very little video so I wasn't expecting this.
Now I feel the need fot a better mic than the built-in one. I am travelig as light as possible so the mic needs to be small and light as well. Ideally I'd like it to be at the size of a finger. No such thing? The smallest and lightest.
I am traveling all over India (currently in Nagaland) so I have no permanent address in India. Therefore, buying one online and send it to India is not an option. I need to buy one here so apart from recommendation on a model, I also need a recommendation on a specific store.
Ideally, it will take its power from the camera but if it's powered by AA or AAA batteries it's fine.

I was very foolish to do that in the first place but now I am kind of a celebrity here. Almost everybody recognize me. This is both very flattering and embarressing. As you can guess, I was never that famous in Israel.
