Sometime ago I sold usage of an image to Bugle magazine to run as a full page spread in their magazine. That transaction went smoothly. They have come back and are asking to use the image again as a part of an ad they want to run in a general hunting publication, which has less circulation, and would be featured in an ad for the the parent of Bugle Magazine promoting their assocation virtues, etc. I am good with all that. Great organization, great mission, etc.
My question is, what do I charge? Same price? What? I just need guidance. Thanks for your thoughts.

At least they were honest enough to ask you for a quote for another use. A lot of publishers don't Generally, ads license for a higher fee than an image as a full page spread, especially on a rights managed basis. Duration must also be factored into the fees. How long will the ad campaign run? It goes without saying that before you quote, ensure that you know exactly how the image is going to be used.
Impossible to answer commercial ad pricing questions without knowing size, placement, circulation, distribution, market, duration of ad run, simultaneous electronic placement, etc.
