I do. I put it on the back of the cover if it is not leather, last page if it is leather

My wife and I go back and forth on this. She likes to do it, but I don't...right now we are putting a small one on the very back page.

Yeah we put a logo in some form or fashion, depending on the type of book/album.

Simple answer - always. Why? Ie when you buy a book, there is publishers logo on a cover. Why our albums should be different?

i think it mucks up a perfectly good wedding album... it's not your marketing piece (if you think it is, you have your priorities mixed up). the couple should be able to refer you no problem.

It is going to be a family heirloom. It would be nice if you can put your name on it.

OMG! You are so right! Let's start fixing world by removing logo and publisher from EVERY published book. After that all the photographers will follow and stop putting their name on their work

I put mine studio name and website on very last page

I don't.

I think about what I would want in my own personal wedding album and a logo is not one of them.

It is on the back cover unless it is leather. For leather it is on last page bottom corner. I use little contrasting color to be visible but not just one color.

I admit I haven't ever considered putting my logo and name in the album. It's something that I would never want in MY wedding album, so I wouldn't do it to my clients. I agree with Sergio.

man do you really think someone's personal wedding album is the same thing you'd find in a bookstore? is that really how your brain works? are those two things parallel to you?

I don't think that my logo in the back detracts from the aesthetic of the album. I should mention that all of
my albums are left starting. So the last page is a full spread, and then there is a blank white page, and the
rear cover. my logo is on that rear cover, so not visible while still viewing a spread. There's no website or
anything. Its just my logo.

it feels good to me. like a 'the end'. I dunno. I haven't put that much thought into it. But I definitely don't think
that the logo in the back 'mucks up' the album. But now that you mention it, I'm going to ask some past clients
for their opinions.

The point of the logo isn't to get people to your website... it's no different than Apple's logo on their laptops, or Ferrari's logo on the hood of their cars, or Picasso's signature at the bottom of his art...

Now, putting www.mywebsite.com... yeah that's sort of cheapening it...

I have been married for 7 years. To be honest I dont even remember my photographer's name and where to find him. His name was David. That is all I could remember. I personally put my website. Very tiny on the last page or the back cover. You have to look really really hard to find it.

Yes, my brain is very logical and this is how it works. Even if you do highly custom things - there is nothing wrong with putting your name on your work. Unless you are ashamed of you work, of course

What is the difference between bookstore book and custom wedding album? Level of exclusivity? Not to compare in the level of greatness, but - when hi-end couturiers make custom clothes for customers - do you think they not putting their label on it? Oh, and check the steering wheel of Pagani Zonda Roadster for which 25 customers parted with $1.5mil (and apart from 64 customization options it even comes with pair of driving shoes). You guessed it - there's logo on a steering wheel! Right in your eyes! I bet first thing those lucky owners do - is to sand the wheel hub to get rid of the logo
