Please explain what you mean by tags.
Do you mean adding keywords and short phrases that you can use to describe your topic or a tag feature like the one used on facebook?
If you just want to save it in a list and get email notifications on a thread, just click "Get email notification" and manage them in https://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/manage/Spencer145

This. I was just curious, because I noticed in another thread someone mentioned the person had tags for a certain item, but I didn't see the option to add tags when I was making a post.
