p.1 #1 · Camera Problems....What is wrong with this image?

I have been seeing about one of every 100 or so images from my D300. Is this a sensor issue, memory card, or other. Not a big deal since it is so minor , but it bothers me.

It is data corruptino, most likely the memory card or perhaps the reader.
