Recently my 20 something yr old daughter Tiana Marie told me that she would like to take up photography & asked that I assist in getting her started. I gave her a Fuji S-3 & a budget lens along with the usual shutter/aperture lesson and told her to let me know when she has something on her card.
About a week went by & she asked that I come over & take a look at what she had to work with. Her only request was that I give her honest opinions on what could be improved upon. I thought rather than having it all the fun myself I would bring it here for a more educated & unbiased opinion. Thanks & take care. Bob
It is nicely composed and sharp. That's an excellent combination. It is perhaps *slightly* under-exposed, but easily corrected in post processing. Good job.
That looks so much better as you have done it. She used FastStone but as you say she has no experience with post processing. Thanks Karen. Take care. Bob
