However, the portrait version on BW is just outstanding!!

Added the portrait at the start of thread.
His roadside stand offers little in the way of variety/viewpoint, plus the lighting isn't the greatest at that time of day either. Need to go back and do more.
I like the first one a lot. The second is nice as well but in retrospect I would have preffered panning the camera a little left to put more of the foregound in the bottom of the frame. Of course many people prefer the lead space to be in the same direction as the subjects look so its a bit of personal preference. overall very nice and a great subject.

Thanks for your comments and suggestion. This is a crop which has more to the front and left. The jar lids were blown out so I cropped to avoid.
Going to travel soon but when I return I think I'll explore an HDR approach to see what might be there.
