Simple, understated, permitting the viewer to focus on the images. At some point it might be useful to offer a slideshow option rather than requiring the viewer to repeatedly change the view. Right now there are not a great many images in each section so it is not a big deal. If there were 20 images the viewer might feel differently about that.
Nice work, as well. Since you're in Lisbon are you considering both English and Portuguese language versions? I note you have Portuguese comments on your contact page. Perhaps English fluency is sufficient in Lisbon that you can get by with English titles for each section, I don't know.
The only change I would make would be to pull the first four photos from the "Portrait" section and put them into the "Commercial" section. Those pictures illustrate rather than show a personality. Also, the lighting in one of those high key shots (two girls?) seems to be too strong as it washes out some features.

The "Portfolio" link didn't work for me. I could access at least some of your photos by clicking on your name. But the presentation seemed to be random. I didn't see the sections that borderlight referred to or the menu that HBOC mentioned. Maybe the problem is on my end but maybe it's on yours. I've got a Windows machine and IE if that helps you troubleshoot. Your images are terrific, BTW.
