On th RBC website there's not instruction on Returns. Was curious, if anyone has to return any items to RBC. Just thinking I should go ahead and ship it back to the address below:
He quickly responded to all my emails regarding purchasing, but when it comes to returning any items he's very slow to reponse. Is this typical of Kerry at RBC ?

I have returned items, and purchased items...
I would order from him before ever the overseas Feisol or PhotoClam or any company.

BTW tuanv, what tripod are you using? I just got the Benro C1190T today and I am blown away by the quality and the design of this tripod. I see that you are in Torrance ... so you are only minutes away from my office! If you wish to take a look at the Benro C1190T and Feisol CT-3401 (which should arrive on Monday or Tuesday) let me know! Most likely I will be returning the Feisol!
