Focus Magic. It saved my butt a while back when we had a lens go bad on us. NOTE - the results will not be perfect or even close to perfect. But when you are so sick to your stomach that the image is just slightly off, it helps a lot. I find running a noise reduction program first, then running focus magic helps. You'll need to create a few layers and use layer masks for the best results.
DB, this is exactly the first step I take. Without a decent NR pass the grain gets amped really badly. Forget what the manual says about using it on an image that has not been manipulated.

Oh I should also point out that while this might come as a huge surprise to most of you... neither focus magic nor Topaz infocus work nearly as well YOUR images as they do on the images they show you the demo for ... in fact as far as Topaz infocus, while the results THEY show are impressive... I've not been able to get any form of improvement on the images I tried. Oh well. I did watch Youtube videos on how to use it... so I don't THINK it's just me.
+1 on Topaz infocus. I got duped in to buying it thinking it would be some great thing that I couldn't duplicate on my own. NOT. It's junk IMHO.
Waste of money compared to their other products.
I also agree with the BW conversion and then add some grain.
