i'll have to figure out how to do that, every time i try the content aware fill comes out horribly.
I used some significant Content Aware Fill on my panos above - mainly in the corners where the stitching software rant out of image. It takes some practice, but I've become proficient at it (though sometimes it still does not work well). The latest version of PS is better in this regard.
All I did was select the magic wand, select the empty spaces, then click Edit>Fill>Content aware. (CS5) This was my 2nd time using it(CA), is there another way?
Great shot helimat, It would look great 7' high(whole wall), like you could walk into it.
Thanks everyone. I thought PTGui did a pretty good job of a cylindrical stitch.
Sebboh; it was taken at Cathedral Grove, here on Vancouver Island. The Logging companies were good enough to leave a few acres of old growth forest out of millions for us to enjoy.
I do have one more that shows the horizon, but I haven't been successful at stitching it up that far just yet. Not sure I'll be able to put it together well. PS isn't playing very nicely with the last one. I'd likely have to pick up (and learn) a better program to pull it off.

It is hard for me to look at your beautiful photo with your legs where they are.
Thanks.
It is actually still a work in progress. If I ever get the rest of it put together, I might crop them out, but I wanted to show how "close to the edge" we go to the get "the shot" that we envision.
Would it help if I titled it "Iconia: A Vision Quest" ?
What pano kit is everyone using here?
I'm still lusting over a mirex for shift pano's but might add a pan base to my tripod head and use current kit for now.
