I really like it (I thought about doing something similar but could not find a single analogue watch ) but the lights on the sides are a bit too obvious for me. A diffuser would have made it perfect.

Thanks Yakim, I tend to agree about the lighting. Sadly, I don't have a diffuser but I will remedy that soon I hope.
I like this one a lot Bill. I agree about diffuse light perhaps lending a nicer aesthetic to this shot. If you're trying to do something on the cheap, it's amazing what a lamp through a piece of printer paper or white bed sheet will do if you're using a tripod.
