This is a 82mm circular polarizer that offers 3 EVs of light "loss" as opposed to the regular amount of darkening that comes with a standard CPL filter. This makes it excellent for giving your long exposures that little extra push they might need to slow down your shutter speed an extra stop or two, or it helps you achieve a desired shutter speed for video, too.
Slightly used, but no discernible scratches or marks on the glass itself that I can see.
82mm, includes carrying pouch/case

Same as above, but the PolarPro ND16PL offers 4 EVs of darkening.
Some minor wear on the outer ring, but no scratches on the glass itself.

Not a polarizer, this is just a plain ND filter that offers 10 stops/EVs of darkening.
In my testing, this filter (and also the aforementioned NDPLs) offers excellent color fidelity and impressive overall clarity. I've reviewed a ton of different filters, and the PolarPro Quartzline series is one of the best!

I honestly don't know what happened to this one; I barely used it and I thought I left it in its protective casing the whole time, but I guess it ended up spending quite a bit of time totally loose in my camera bag dedicated to "spare parts", ...and has suffered quite a bit of damage to the glass. Thus, I'm letting this $250 filter go to a good home for $25...
(Please only consider this item if you're okay with a scratched filter! In testing, I couldn't see any harm to image quality, of course, but severe flare situations can always cause some issues with overall clarity, even if sharp detail is maintained...)
This filter does include a pretty cool case with a rubber grip for mounting and removing the filter without getting any fingerprints on the lens! This nifty tool alone is probably worth money...

Another victim of not being stored correctly, despite minimal use. This VND exhibits quite a few scratches on both sides of the filter, so I'm also letting it go for 1/10 of the $240 MSRP
