The photographer that said "peached and cream" happened to be one that worked in a population made of people with primarily European roots. He did happen to mention that the person who is judging skin tones can often be biased as to what they prefer as pleasing skin tones. He said that he would often note the ethnicity of the person in a lab that is responsible for color. He found that those with darker and cooler skin and hair tones would often be biased to adjusting colors towards the cooler side while the operator with blond and fair skin would be more biased to adjust skin tones towards his likings.
