The dial on my battery grip stopped working (after over 2 years of working great.) The other buttons still work, and the dial on the body still works.

Any suggestions?

try cleaning the contacts a little. I had a similar problem too (the dial was working, but the AF-select and AE buttons were not), and after removing the grip and reinserting it, they worked again.
