Thanks Guy and Cedric
Each new post using the 135 makes me want it even more. And good point about the Sigma 50mm macro. It might suit my needs even better with the 1:1 ratio.
Someone should post a disclaimer at the start of this thread, that it is going to cause serious credit card debt! It has been fun.

By FAR the sharpest, fastest lens I've ever used, with the best contrast, and bokeh is....

The 135F2L

These were taken wide open WITH the 1.4x extender:

Awwwww yeah baby. My lens is now somewhere between Texas and my mailbox. Look at that bokeh and the contrast.

Ya get the idea it's not always about the lens...

For me it's a hard choice between the 85-1.8 or 200-2.8L, so I'll just throw in this one from the 200...

Beautiful pictures wajsman and okcrawler!

Keith, you will LOVE the 135F2L.
Many say that, optically, it may be the best lens Canon every created.
Don't hesitated to get the 1.4x extender if you need more reach. No quality loss at all that I can see.

Again, to show the amazing bokeh, these were shot with the 135F2L +1.4 extender, WIDE OPEN.
