Ehmm. Not intending to rock this thread, but in another thread about a 1Ds2 replacement (that I happened to start) someone wrote the 1D4 be equal or better in terms of IQ than 1Ds2. 1Ds2 and 1D4 both feature 16mp, but different sensor dimensions.
I have always loved my 1Ds2 until it broke down recently. I\'m in the market for another pro body. 1D3 didn\'t work out (bad sample) so I\'m stuck deciding between looking for a good used 1Ds2 or saving up for a 1D4. Your thread makes me long for the 1Ds2 again. Right because of the magic you mention.
So: my question here is: Does a 1D4 feature the magic of the 1Ds2? I\'d value your opinions!
