So in that case I think the reasonable strategy would be either to contact the moderators or send a PM to the OP and politely share your concern. Calling out a thread this way only creates bitterness and does not serve constructuve purposes.
Maybe if certain people learned to post in the appropriate forum, this forum would not be so cluttered with threads that do not relate directly to Canon. The OP posted this on 4 different forums. He should be the one asking a moderator to move it to the Alternative Gear & Lenses Forum, or delete it from the other three forums.
