I use the FotoDiox Pro adapters. They have served me well for Leica R, Oly, C/Y, Nikon-F, and Mamiya M645. I used one of their regular adapters for F-EOS once (rented) ... not impressed.
Certainly other quality adapters out there, but FotoDiox has most all the bases covered and their pro line has shown to be very consistent in my experience, i.e. I trust using them. I typically buy them through Amazon for shipping & tax advantages.
I\'ve also talked with their tech dept. a bit regarding a project I was thinking about undertaking ... they were nice enough to show me an easier way than I had been thinking.
Not the only game in town ... but so far, so good on this end.
