Re: Zeiss Lens Photos and Discussion (see also ZE/ZF/ZM thread)

I love the 25er angle, Carsten. It\'s not a world tighter than the 21, but a world easier to control perspectively. And I\'m having the brillant AF-S 16-35 for \'emergency cases\' anyway.

Just one more Distagon test shot, where you explicitly have been the teacher:

And next week I will visit Paris to show Philippe secretly how to control highlights on sparkling leaves, if he wants to!

MG]No - not speaking serious, Philippe - you teach me!

If the new 2/25 should be more than a class better, I might get one for the two of us, don\'t worry. But I love the idea of having a true wide angle macro. You can get the lens almost touching your object and still it focusses correctly. Unbelievable. And what ever aberrations it might have - they are all corrected easily in processing. So what? I think, I also might very well keep it.

BTW I\'m very happy to see that I\'m rapidly getting on with my PP thanks to Samuli, Philippe, Luka, Lars and you for being such good teachers over the months, Carsten!
