mine has maybe a hair of the haze at 1.4 though it\'s way too early to tell... my copy is very contrasty and sharp at 1.4 though stopping down to 1.6 does improve things a bit (closer to my 100/2 MP) ... I haven\'t even tried stopping it down more yet Sorry about your experience... sounds like perhaps a bad sample though with the QC from Zeiss I was hoping there wouldn\'t copies with bad defects
