So what you\'re implying is that its intrinsic value far above and beyond its optics lies in the collectors realm of appreciating the hand-ground aspherical element as opposed to the molded ones in the 24? I can understand that reasoning with the NOCT-Nikkor 58/1,2; there is nothing quite like it both in construction and performance. The same can no longer be said of the 28.
