Thanks Jim. Yes, the X1 has an ASP-C sized sensor (like the M8 but a more recent design) and a non-removable fixed 24mm / 2.8 Elmarit ASPH lens.
I\'m enjoying your X1 shots so please don\'t let me discourage you, but just to clarify, the M8 is a 1.33x crop (~APS-H) sensor, whereas the X1 is a 1.5x crop (APS-C). Also the M8 sensor is a Kodak CCD, and the X1 a Sony CMOS, yielding quite different results.
