I think I really got a lemon. I am testing with a TS-E 24mm.

Look at the numbers on the booth on the left side. This is taken at f8






Look at the sign board. They are supposed to be in focus. Again at f8.Something is wrong with the bottom 1/3 to the left.






I am disappointed.
