Wonderful stuff; love the tight shots myself.
Could you provide your brief assessment of that lens naked and w/TC? Do you concur with the notion (as I understand it) that the lens seems to be optimized for near and mid-range (mid-range = I dunno, up to, say, 50 yds)?
