Ok, yes it makes sense. You should borrow the 5DII from your wife on occasion and try the Zeiss glass.
I switched from a 1Ds MkIII to a 7D + 5DII as I wanted to shoot video and have not regretted the switch. It will be interesting to see what Canon has come up with for the 1Ds IV and 5DIII,
