Look at a native lens to understand the relation of the chip to the lens. The plastic jig gets you really close. You can use two way tape - the paper thin variety and tack it in place - leave the tape short of the chip length at both ends - cut it in with a new sharp razor - you can slightly move it around a bit - be careful not to break the chip. Set the chip in the area with superglue, hotmelt or an epoxy (use a toothpick or other tool) in the area under the chip absent of tape.

Every adapter is different and I haven\'t seen the Rokinon mount - hope this works for you.
