yeah it does make one wonder

otoh, it is tricky to catch every little contingent bug in software, and this was a slightly unusual circumstance although not too out there really and quite a few people reported it within first two hours of firmware release so.....

and by all accounts it appears as if this firmware had been basically done many, many months ago so given that many months of testing....

which brings one back to it was probably just held back for months due to marketing, surely it could not have been undergoing testing for months and months and had that slip through, or so one would think, but perhaps the audio gain was something they tacked on at the last second though

then again even if 24p was working months ago, but perhaps they ahve been trying to subtly improve certain things with it over the months, so who knows, the delay MIGHT have been legit

anyway i\'m glad they did finally release it
and the manual gains are very nice!!
