The P6T V.2 is awesome but you should also consider this one to have built-in USB 3.0:

The i7/920 is probably the best bang for the buck, it will easily overclock to well over 3.0GHz
The Corsair RAM 1333MHz CL9, 1.5V will be more than sufficient.
You will love the GTX285 and it will run movies/videos beautifully. I bought the nVidia Gold VideoDecoder for about $29 and it does a great job.
