FS: $$ drop /FT Sigma 500 4.5 HSM APO EX for Canon (CAN)
My Birding days are getting limited so.....(even though I enjoy it... )
Up for sale is a nice Sigma 500 4.5 HSM EX APO in excellent condition. (non DG)
Works on 1.6 crop (20D-7D) and 1D series bodies
Some small scuff marks on the body but no gouges or scratches
Hood works perfectly and has some marks on it as well. I\'d give the hood a 9/10 and the body a 9.5/10 for markings.
Glass is pristine with no dust internally (if there are any, its too small for my old eyes to see! and does not affect IQ ) and focusing is fast.
IQ is great at 4.5 and is razor sharp @ F5 and up
Very light and good for hand holding for short periods (monopod works for me!)
Comes with the Sigma Green Soft bag and hood cover.
$2350 Cdn includes shipping and insurance (within Canada, may be a bit more for US)
