Sorry that you didn\'t get the fact that I was being ironic.

-10 Not True.
There are many of people on this forum and others who help others, but they don\'t ask them to come to their website to learn \"the World According to Steady\". For every \"rule\" in Photography, there is an exception. Most of the \"advice\" I see on this forum turn interesting photographs into average, mediocre images.
There was once a quote about a Samurai, I can\'t remember most of it, but the end of it (and the point of it) was that he died in a classic stance. He was so adherent to the \"rules\" that it was his undoing.
You have a website Steady, why are you trying to control this one?
And another bump.............
Ironic?
I know you try to be \"smart\" with your posts. And you defend your remarks with statements like \"You missed my being ironic.\"
As if people are supposed to get your irony....and if they don\'t...they don\'t \"get it.\"
The samurai was up against Musashi. But that is not important.

My Suggestion for YOU: Use simple language. Be direct. Communicate openly. Be sincere. Don\'t use sarcasm and irony because not everyone has your POV or has read what you have read. This is global forum and some may mistake your attempts at irony and sarcasm for negativity and boorishness.
I just ignore those kinds of posts.
My Suggestion for YOU: IF a post or thread is not to your liking, then simply ignore it, or click on the HIDE button to hide that person\'s remarks.
I suggest to you or anyone else: Spend your time doing something positive for someone else here or the forum.
As I mentioned above, I know you think you are smart. So do some good with that. Post some threads sharing your smarts about photography. Share with others what you can in a positive constructive manner. Start a thread that helps people by sharing your knowledge.
Encourage others. Help this place become a friendlier place.
