I tweaked the contrast in PS as well. In hindsight I ought to have used the curves tool to tweak the blacks, instead. My use of the standard contrast adjustment blew out the whites. I noticed it later and didn\'t have time to bother de-doing it. This was/is not an effect of Fred\'s plugin, but my rushed/poor PS skills.
