The fact of the matter is that he requested the \"Next Day Delivery\", and the vendor said \"yes\".
He should be refunded for the shipping charge. That\'s that.
The matter that he waited until last day is a different/irrelevant subject here.
As far as vendors making mistakes....it happens....but at a cost of reliability being rated upon.
