And yes, TK - you\'re absolutely right - the whites are too hot on #2. if I could post the bird exposure in #1 on #2\'s BG, I would have a winner.
What else should I do to clean up the hot whites? I use Aperture 2.0 - and I turned up the \"Highlights\" from default 0 to 28, should I go higher? I\'m usually hesitant to crank things up or down too much, probably mistakenly. Or is it a white balance thing?
Both shots were taken within a minute or two, so I left my camera settings the same. But clearly the light was working differently in #2.
