I\'m gauging interest to see if this might be a possibility. I will be receiving an EF400 2.8 Mark 1 on Monday but I am curious if anyone might be interested in a trade with your 300 2.8 IS. The 400 works fine, has minor paint chips on it, will include a case which is actually for a 400 2.8 IS, and the hood is for a 600mm, but it fits fine.
Reason? I wanted a lens for some races but the weight thing is starting to make me wonder if it\'ll be too much to walk around with all weekend.
