1D mk 4 focus issues... already?

I know it\'s still really early, and that most people haven\'t had a chance to see the new 1D camera... but I was wondering for the few of those that has seen it, and got to use it, have you noticed the AF issue that the 1Dmk3 had?

I was at the PDN photoplus Expo last weekend, and I tried it out, and tried the test in Ai-servo, and noticed that the body I was testing had the focus issue. Now I didn\'t have a tripod, and I was in between 10-15 people, but I still think the results I got should not be as out of focus. The camera was set on AV, Ai-servo focus mode, I used the default auto focus (which are the 20 outer points like the 1Dmk3), and shot M jpegs in burst mode. Now in Live view, I noticed that the focus did track the subject quite well, so just pressing the shutter half way, the red box will move along the focus screen as the subject moves. However, actually taking the shot (without live view), I had trouble getting consistently focused image... and this was after two tests. Here are the samples below:

Attempt 1

Attempt 2

I shot it again the next day, and got similar results, but I unfortunately lost those images due to a corrupt CF card. Now I\'m really interested in maybe picking this camera up, but if it has focus issues like the 1Dmk3 did initially, then it will be a deal breaker for me. I just don\'t want to have to deal with it, or ship it back to canon, and then have it fixed, and sent back. So I was curious if anyone else who\'s tried or tested the camera out as well, specifically tried the Ai-servo focus test.
