Yea man, US Airways leaves a lot to be wished for. The ONLY plus side to them (from what I have been told) is that they have the most flights and locations - Raleigh/Durham Airport is also a main hub for them. Also, I get crazy nice deals with them. Aside from these two aspects, the airline has some major customer service issues. Why is it that people at Southwest and Jetblue always seem happier, nicer, and cooler?
