My brother is a quartback for the University of Nebraska at Omaha Mavericks. It is a d2 school that offered him a full 5 year scholarship. My mom wanted me to get out there and take some shots of him because she only trusts me to get the best shots (haha she is precious) He is playing a broken toe and torn ligaments. He cannot run - rather he sort of hobbles john elway style.
He went down again midway through the 2nd Quarter and was carted off to the locker room. He didnt return for the 2nd quarter but he suprisingly did play almost the entire 2nd half. He was in a lot of pain but still played great completing 24 passes for 289 yards and touchdown. This is one of the last time he will step onto a football field after an amazing 15 year career.

This poor guy had his Femur broken by his own teammate. He will need surgery if he wants to play football again.

May I mention that these are shot will all my own gear! I just bought a used 300mm 2.8 from a friend...but I have my eyes on MSauks 400mm...
