So I picked up a 7D at my local camera store right before shooting vb tonight...had no time to read anything and boy this is not intuitive as other Canon bodies...but I managed.
Here is a shot at ISO 5000 to show what it is capable of

Okay so initial impressions...this body is not as responsive as either my 1D bodies...but much more so than my 5D or 30D...it seems to hesitate just a little more than my 1 series before acquiring focus. Having said that IQ seems to be very nice. Menu layout is way different than what I\'m used to...will take some time for sure.
Tried wireless flash tonight and works like a charm...so far so good!
Oh and since I didn\'t have time to figure out what I was doing I realize now that NR was set to normal for this shot.
