I really enjoy using the older Zeiss Jena lenses for flower shots, although the newer ZF lenses are not bad either.
Here are two recent ones.

First taken with Carl Zeiss Jena Biotar 75mm at f2 on 5D2,
the second is with Carl Zeiss ZF 100 Macro at f2 on 5D2.
