My worry with the 7D is if it still has a strong AA filter again we\'ll see little improvement in detail like 50D. I hope you can actually see the 18MP is of more use than just cropping.

You are absolutely right about that AA filter thing. Fingers crossed it\'ll be thin like the 1000D despite some reviewers\' (Imaging Resource) negative criticisms.
