while not a total let down (the MP\'s didn\'t go up) Canon has led everyone to believe that they would put a larger sensor in the next G series camera.
I\'m sure Canon (collectively) is pleased, but this announcement is the equivalent of Canon slipping a whoopee cushion under everyone\'s bum and ROTFL. Those jokers, what will they think of next. A lamp shade on the head perhaps? A new low-end DSLR with automatic lens wipers?
Perhaps September will bring some serious announcements.. And then again, perhaps not...
