To have pigeons fill the frames like shown here, that would mean he had to be inches away from the birds. If so, the birds would appear disproportion between say its head and wings (distortions is huge at this close distance). Try to take a self portrait and also fill the frame. You will look like a funny man. Also judging from the background, just doesn\'t look like ones from a FE.
I wonder why Mr. PetKal hasn\'t clarified that.
