First off is a Western Digital Caviar IDE 80gb drive. Mfg date of 2002, I bought it new in 03. Currently it makes a high pitch noise when its running, indicating that it is aged (it was silent when new, and gradually became louder over the years). It still works great (aside from the noise), but can\'t promise how long it will last...you may find it good for a beater computer or data transfer though. It was recently reformatted. $7 to cover shipping for CONUS.

I read great reviews about it, but for some reason my computer (and my girlfriends comp) won\'t recognize the device. So I can\'t guarantee it will work, but for $5 to the CONUS it is yours. Comes with everything as listed from the Tiger Direct link. EDIT: Hard drive cable adapter is GONE
