Perhaps this one specific and unique camera but not the D2H\'s in general, they and all other Nikon\'s have shutter failures and replacements at pretty normal factory predicted rates including mine.
A D70 with 800,000 clicks. Wow this is getting pretty unreal. So you are telling us that in the same period of time you shot millions of additional pics with other cameras. Thats about one picture every 15 seconds or so for 220 normal work days a year for 5 years. An a 98 percentage keeper meaning you have millions of images for sale. I really want to believe you but the facts and figures are far a field from anything I have ever heard of. To the shooting time you would have to add the processing time, it goes tilt in my head.
