Yesterday the 4th Ti,. Ken H and I were at Bolsa Chica as you may have read in Tim\'s thread it was a slow day which gave me an opportunity to have a shoot out between 1DKIII/400DO and 50D/600IS combination. Needless to say I was very impressed with the result. 1DMKIII won the focusing, and ISO contest but 50D produced an amazing IQ and detail.
50D was set at 200 ISO and 1DMKIII at 400 ISO both camera in servo mode.
Lets start with 50D and Canon 600IS lens at 200 ISO on a wimberly.

2- F7.1, 1/1250
3- F5.6, 1/1250
4- F5.6, 1/1250
5- F4, 1/1000
6- F5.6, 1/1250
7- F5.6, 1/1250
8- F5, 1/1000
Now the 1DMKIII\'s captures with 400DO IS lens at 400 ISO Hand held.

10- F5.6, 1/1600
11- F8, 1/1600
12- F5.6, 1/1600
13- F10, 1/1600
14- F7.1, 1/1600
15- F9, 1/1600
