I am selling my Minolta Rokkor MD 50mm 1.2 which has been converted to M42. The lens reaches infinity focus on my 40D. The conversion has not been done by me but it looks well done.
As far as I can see, the glass is clear, there is no haze/fungus/scratches on either the front or the rear element, although there might be some dust inside.
In lens tests, I found this sample to perform comparably to my Rokkor 58mm 1.2 (also for sale here).
The advantage of M42 mount is that it can be mounted on other digital bodies, such as the Pentax K20D, although I cannot verify this as I do not have one to test.
I realize this is a recession, so people might be unwilling to part with cash. So, I am willing to consider trades and/or cash at either end. Right now, I am looking for a VC ultron 40mm f2, contax 85mm 2.8, 100mm 3.5, summicron 90mm, macro elmarit 60mm 2.8 or an elmarit-r or summi 35mm.
