Well, I found a sound clip on Youtube of the 5D MKII, and yes, that\'s \"sort-of\" how my MKII sounds.
As you can hear, the shutter sound is pretty darn awful. I know it\'s irrelevant in terms of capturing pictures, but I think the 5D MKII shutter sound is the worst I\'ve heard out of the Canon 40D, 50D, 5D, XSi, XTi, and of course the 5D MKII. Maybe it\'s because it\'s a heavier-duty shutter than the other listed models?
Either way, ick, it sounds awful.
