You also have to pick the proper camera for a comparison. for example, the 1Ds mkIII doesn\'t support UDMA, so the fastest cards won\'t perform the best with it. Also, its older processor, the Digix III, is slower than the newer Digix IV in getting the files out of the camera.
A better camera for this until the 5D mkII itself is evaluated by Rob, is the 50D, which does have both UDMA support, and the Digix IV. You will see how much faster each card is with this camera as opposed to the older 1Ds mkIII.
